- Ceiling fan blades and light fixtures within two-step ladder reach hand washed or wiped in place
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds and shutters vacuumed, not washed
- Moldings, woodwork, window sills and lock ledges hand washed or wiped
- Reachable baseboards hand washed or wiped without moving furniture
- Pictures, knick-knacks and uncluttered shelves hand wiped
- Furniture fronts, sides and legs polished
- Doors, door frames and light switch plates hand washed or wiped
- Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves and inside cabinets cleaned
- Beds made; one set of sheets changed
- Stairs vacuumed; floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Kitchens & bathrooms
- Refrigerator top and cabinet fronts hand washed or wiped
- Countertops and backsplashes hand washed
- All sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Mirrors cleaned
- Tub, shower and tiles double scrubbed for buildup
- Bathroom counters and fixtures sanitized
- Wastebaskets emptied and relined
- Outside of appliances and inside of microwave cleaned
- Stovetop, grates and drip pans scrubbed

Reachable surfaces
We do not move furniture or climb higher than a two-step ladder. Higher items are dusted with an extension duster, and work is limited to visible, reachable surfaces.
Blinds and buildup
Blinds and shutters are vacuumed rather than washed. Mini-blind results cannot be guaranteed, and some dust can resettle after cleaning.

What makes deep cleaning different?
Deep cleaning includes more detailed work for buildup and reachable surfaces, such as hand-wiping specified woodwork and cabinet fronts, and extra scrubbing in kitchens and bathrooms. Maintenance cleaning focuses on regular upkeep.
Do you clean inside appliances?
The deep cleaning checklist includes the inside of the microwave and the outside of appliances. Do not assume that every appliance interior is included; discuss any additional request when obtaining your quote.
Will you move furniture?
No. Our deep cleaning service does not include moving furniture. Please identify the surfaces you want cleaned and ensure they can be safely reached.
Do you wash blinds?
Blinds and shutters are vacuumed, not washed. Results for mini-blind cleaning cannot be guaranteed.
Should I book deep cleaning or move-out cleaning?
Choose move-out cleaning when the home will be empty of furniture and belongings. Deep cleaning is a different checklist for detailed care of your space.
What affects the price of a deep clean?
