Yes. This service is designed for homes without furniture, housewares, décor or other belongings. Empty spaces allow our team to reach the surfaces on the checklist.
Are cabinets and appliances included?
The move-in/move-out checklist includes cabinets inside and out, plus appliances on top, inside and outside. Share appliance details and any special product requirements when requesting your quote.
Can you guarantee I will get my security deposit back?
No. A cleaning service cannot determine a landlord’s deposit decision. Share any cleaning checklist from your property manager so the requested scope can be discussed before booking.
Is window cleaning included?
