Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — a quote request, a contact message, a callback request, or a giveaway entry — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, and any details you share about your cleaning needs.

We also collect some information automatically through Google Analytics, which we use via the Site Kit by Google plugin. This can include pages visited, general device and browser information, and approximate location based on IP address. We do not control how Google processes this data; you can read Google’s own policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare and follow up on quotes, schedule and deliver cleaning services, administer any giveaway or promotion you enter, and communicate with you about your service. We use analytics data to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and stored within our website’s form management system so we can follow up and, where applicable, keep a record of entries such as giveaway participants. Access is limited to Mrs. Clean LLC staff who need it to do their jobs.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to understand site traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it, by contacting us using the details below. If you no longer want to be contacted about a quote, giveaway entry, or other inquiry, let us know and we will remove you from our follow-up list.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
